      Checking Which Devices Have a Particular Profile

      The profile details page list all devices where the profile is available

      Depending on the person's access, Alcatraz Admin Portal ensures that their profile is only available on relevant Alcatraz Facial Authentication Devices. To make is easy to track profile propagation, the profile details page in Alcatraz Admin Portal list all devices where the profile is available.
      The following Alcatraz Admin Portal roles can view profile details:
      • Account Administrator
      • Account Manager
      • Account User
      Take these steps to view the devices where the profile is available:
      1. Log in to Alcatraz Admin Portal as a supported role.
      2. In the left menu, go to Profiles.
      3. In the drop-down menu on the right, ensure that Profiles is selected.
      4. In the list of profiles, click the Badge ID of the profile to view.
        In case of multiple Badge IDs, click any of them.
      5. In the Devices synced to this profile section, expand Device List.
      6. A list appears, showing the names of the devices where the Alcatraz Admin Portal has synced the profile. Clicking a name takes you to the device details view under Device Management > Devices.
