How to Change or Reset Password for the Admin Portal

You Are Already Logged Into Your Account

If you are already in the portal and wish to change your password, do the following:

1. Navigate to the upper right and click on your name (your profile)
2. Select Settings
3. Click on "Modify User"
4. Click on "Send Password Reset Link"
5. Click "Submit"
6. Check Inbox for email with subject = "Alcatraz.ai Admin Portal - reset password"

You Have Forgotten Your Password And Need to Reset It

1. On the login window, click on "Forgot Password?"
2. Enter your email address
3. Check Inbox for email with subject = "Alcatraz.ai Admin Portal - reset password"
