      Users with a system hosted by Alcatraz AI (HaaS) or an On-Prem system with a current Software Support Agreement (SSA) can contact the Alcatraz Support Team via the following methods:

      • Submit a Support ticket at support.alcatraz.ai 
      • Call the support phone number at 1-650-600-0197, (M-F, 8am-8pm EST)
