- Description: This column provides a detailed description of the activity.
- User: The "User" column identifies who performed the action.
- Timestamp: The timestamp records the exact date and time the action occurred, providing a chronological order of events.
- Filtering and Searching: The audit log interface includes options for filtering by date range and searching through categories, entities, descriptions, users, and timestamps.
- Download Log: The option to "Download Log" allows administrators to export the audit log data for offline analysis or archival purposes.
When downloading audit logs, a maximum of 5000 events will be included. Filtering by date/time or other parameters can be used to reduce the number of events.
Use Case Scenarios:
- Security Audits: The audit log helps in security audits by providing a comprehensive record of who did what and when within the system.
- Troubleshooting: If issues arise, administrators can review the audit log to identify recent changes or actions that might have caused the problem.
