Improving Tailgate Detection Performance for Badge Only (1FA) Device Mode

Rocks are optimized for tailgate detection when using facial authentication.

In systems utilizing the "Badge Only (1FA)" device mode, you can improve the tailgate performance and reduce false alerts with the following "Custom Configuration".

1. In the Admin Portal, Modify a Rock-1 device and select the Advanced switch.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and expand the Add a Custom Configuration section.
3. Click + Add parameter
4. Enter the Parameter Name:  close_body_tracking.max_frames
5. Enter the Value:  120
6. Click Submit at the bottom of the page.

If multiple Rocks need to be updated, you can also use the "Bulk Actions" functionality on the main "Devices" page.
