Overview
The Security Events Control section allows administrators to suppress specific types of security events generated by the Rock device. This is useful in environments where certain events are expected or do not require alerting.
How It Works
Security events can be selectively suppressed based on event type and user classification. The following combinations are available:
Suppressible Event Types:
•Tailgating Events
•Crossing Events
•Unauthorized Entry
Each event type can be further filtered by:
•Possible Known User
•Unknown User
Suppressing an event means that it will not be logged in the Admin Portal.
