      What username and password should be used when configuring ONVIF video streaming?

      The default username and password for ONVIF on a factory-fresh or a factory-reset Rock device are as follows:

      Username: admin
      Password: The last 6 characters of the device's Hardware ID

      You can find the Hardware ID for a particular Rock device in Alcatraz Admin Portal:

      1. Go to Device Management > Devices.
      2. Click the device that you want to manage.
      3. Click Settings > Modify.

      You can find more details regarding configuring ONVIF in ONVIF & RTSP on the Rock. The same credentials are also used for Web UI access.
