      Commissioning an On-Prem System Steps

       

      Follow these steps to bring the system online.

      1. On-Prem Network Requirements given to IT
        We recommend that the network requirements are given to the IT team prior to going on-site for installation in order to open the ports and whitelist the urls required to bring the system online.
      2. Install the Rock (Rock Install Guide shipped with every box)
      3. Alcatraz AI Platform Set up:
        Windows - Install the platform software for Windows
        Linux - Install the platform software for Linux
        Alcatraz AI Appliance - set up the Appliance
      4. Install the platform software for Windows or Linux (skip if using an Alcatraz appliance)
      5. Generate a QR Code
      6. Onboard the Rock
      7. Configure Card Format
      8. Modify required Rock configurations
      9. Enrolling users
      10. Set operational mode for Rock
