Commissioning an On-Prem System Steps

 

Follow these steps to bring the system online.

  1. On-Prem Network Requirements given to IT
    We recommend that the network requirements are given to the IT team prior to going on-site for installation in order to open the ports and whitelist the urls required to bring the system online.
  2. Install the Rock (Rock Install Guide shipped with every box)
  3. Install the Admin Portal Software for Windows Server (Instructions)
  4. Generate a QR Code
  5. Onboard the Rock
  6. Configure Card Format
  7. Modify the required Rock configurations
  8. Enrolling users
  9. Set operational mode for Rock
